Let’s be honest, sweet potato fries are an amazing food; especially drizzled with lemon tahini sauce. Try this delicious healthy snack today and don't forget to use Kalhoof parchment.
Ingredients

1 long sweet potato

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper

1 Teaspoon dried oregano

2 tbsp organic tahini
-
1 tbsp water
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley

Directions
Scrub one long sweet potato and cut into thick wedges, skins on.
Put in a bowl and add 1 tbsp EVOO + salt + pepper + dried oregano. Mix with hands to coat.
Place on baking sheet lined with @kalhoof parchment paper
Bake at 400 for about 22 mins, middle rack, then move to bottom shelf and put on broil for about 2 mins to get them crispy.
In a bowl, combine about 2 tbsp runny organic tahini + 1 tbsp water + juice from a lemon wedge
Drizzle over and add fresh parsley.
